Fetch Mobi Reviews

Stop screwing up with every update

quinsterrr on

Australia

Geez, you guys are morons. Every update brings bling with a side dish of another function that is screwed up. Don’t you test before deployment. There has not been an update in the past few years that has not introduced more bugs than it fixes. Amateurs

Version 3.33.1 fails

Pjwxman on

Australia

Compared to previous versions, this one buffers then fails to load content or loads content after a long buffer then has “download errors”. Other times, after a long initial buffer, it will play about 1 min then buffer again with a “playback unavailable” error after 40-50 seconds. Happens on wifi and 5G. This update is an absolute fail.

Loving my Fetch

Warren Sydney Australia on

Australia

It took me a little to work out but now that we know each other a little better the relationship is strong. I do like how when away from home I can use the app to set up a recording. The receiver is also very sensitive.

Easy and convenient

Volume control is erratic

junbongco on

Australia

Volume control when using bluetooth speaker is erratic. Volume adjustment on the fetch app doesn’t work properly or doesn’t work at all when watching on streaming apps like Netflix, YouTube etc. i cannot use my Apple AirPods for private listening as I cannot adjust the volume.

Kayo ‘less

Billy the kid^^ on

Australia

You need to add the Kayo app, it’s a real game changer for the sporting cohort of your customer base. Otherwise you are 5 stars

Other Streaming boxes

mitchyd89 on

Australia

Please launch a dedicated Fetch App onto the Apple TV box and Google TV dongle/streamer and allow subscriptions via there. Just another way to grow customers and subscribers via those platforms. Also saves those people from having an extra box and from switching between HDMI’s. I cancelled my Fetch as I found my Mini boxes too laggy and I prefer the apple tv remote.
