Fetch! Pet Care

Used to work for Fetch, and the owner of my franchise was fantastic. Cared very much about the dogs, took fantastic care of them, was excellent to staff. Recently I guess an email was sent out to all of her clients saying she is no longer a part of Fetch because there is some arbitration going on. One could think, without having seen her care and diligence firsthand, that this meant she had done something bad with the dogs. No. It is FETCH that is going through arbitration, and they are trying to avoid penalties by passing the blame/target to the franchise owners. Fetch used to be my first recommendation for pet care but I never will again.

the app said that my zip code wasn’t even a thing, so i tried countless others to see if it would even let me sign up. this app just wasted 20 minutes of my time.

Fetch! has been so great! Their walkers and sitters are very trustworthy, reliable, and take great care of my pup. They are always available for last minute requests and provide consistency in the walker that takes him out. That way, it's not a new person for Henry every time. I cannot say enough good things about this service. Pet taxi is available for boarding overnight which takes away from the added stress of drop off and pickup when traveling. When my plane lands, Henry is already home waiting for me. Special thank you to Bill, Mauricio, and Steve for taking such amazing care of my baby!! You guys are amazing !!

We found out our pet-sitter was no longer living in our town and had 2 days to come up with a solution. Living in Tucson, AZ, there aren’t a ton of options. We are still sorta “small-town” in some respects. Found Fetch! By luck and Tammy the owner actually came to my house along with Erik our sitter. They were super nice and I was comfortable at once. This app is awesome for scheduling and getting feedback from our sitter about how the dogs are doing. Love this service and will 100% be using every time we need someone!!!

I have used Fetch! several times now in the Tampa Bay area. The first few times went fine. However, because of the last two, I will no longer be using the service. Twice now, their scheduled sitter did not arrive to my home to take care of my pets while I was away from home. The first occasion, I was not notified until nearly six hours after the scheduled visit had been missed. The management had no sense of urgency to correct the issue nor did they seem to understand that it was a significant problem. My dog was not seen again until my next scheduled visit almost two hours after I’d been notified. I had two back to back trips planned and so did not have time to find another sitter. So I did not cancel the confirmed late evening/late morning combo I had already booked for last night and this morning. The sitter did not make either visit. *I* KNEW the sitter would not be able to make either visit by 11 am yesterday as she helpfully reached out to me. I suspected then that exactly what happened would in fact happen. I was informed at 4 pm today that my sitter did not arrive to my 8-10 am visit. Something I had asked them about in app twice as soon as I could. Management did not respond to me about this until SIX HOURS after the end of the confirmed scheduled visit. Instead, I was informed that someone would be coming to my house now for a completely unscheduled visit. I had that sitters number and was able to tell them I am home now. Overall, the sitters themselves are fine. The management is completely unprofessional. They apparently blocked my number. I called three times in succession after the first incident and only reached their voicemail. I used my partner’s phone to call a minute later and got Right through. I have not been able to reach a person this time, instead reaching only a voicemail box. They seem to believe it’s not a problem to put off informing me the pet owner of their failures to arrive for over Six Hours. I will never use this service again and do not recommend it.

The Fetch Pet Care app lets me schedule and cancel service with ease. Thus is especially helpful when I’m on the go.

I’m finding this very hard to navigate. You have to fill out tons of info that doesn’t even apply to my situation. What day is the trash collected? Seriously?! Let me see if any of your boarders would even be suitable before I tell my life story.
