Fetch Resident Reviews

Thank you

Thank you for handling my package with care and putting it on the doormat. I was worried it would be mixed with the trash. I appreciate you so much for putting my package on the doormat. I’m relived.

Terrible service, useless support

clceeee on

United States

Was required to use fetch by my apartment. They lost multiple packages, delivered to the wrong apartment often, and took a very long time to log and deliver packages, often resulting in a delay of at least 24 hours between delivery and receiving the package. Their support is terrible - hard to find, takes forever to respond, and rarely resolve issues. Lived in that building for four years and one of the best parts of moving was no longer having to use fetch.

Horrible

Ribs23 on

2 times now I have had a package delivered to the someone else’s door. Unfortunately this is a required service at my apartment complex (to the tune of $15/month) because they got rid of the parcel lockers which were fabulous. There is nothing you can do to get packages retrieved, but you can potentially get your money reimbursed from Fetch in 7-10 business days. Never again. Do yourself a favor and have your stuff delivered elsewhere. To add insult to injury, the app no longer allows you to leave feedback or comments on the delivery because the section is greyed out—not allowing you to pick a required issue.

Awful service

The service fetch provides is awful. Stayed in multiple times for packages and they don’t knock so I can get the package.

Package got delivered to wrong address

Don’t use this if you live in an apartment complex. Just get it delivered to a relatives house. Can’t even call customer service directly either. I would like a refund if issue isn’t resolved

Multiple Stolen Packages

5/21/24 Delivery driver Deandra T just stole my delivery. This isn't the first time I've had my packages stolen by this company. I went to grab the package the minute I got the notification that it was delivered and it was nowhere to be found. They clearly don't screen the people they hire to deliver. I hate having to use this service.

Trash

Of course is a required, forced service for use in the apartment complex I’m renting over the summer. Lost packages, improper deliveries, and holding the package without pick-up option. Hope you don’t have time sensitive items bc you won’t get them on time. RIP to any sort of compensation or customer service. And don’t get me started on the glitches in the app. I’m not quite sure I’ve ever been this disappointed by a forced service since I left the military. Avoid at all cost.

Awful service

arjun4 on

I’ve ordered many packages over the course of my year long lease and Fetch has a failure rate of nearly 90%. They often deliver my packages to the wrong building in the apartment complex leaving me to go hunt for it. Many times I can’t find the package. They don’t have a customer support phone number and take serval days to respond to emails. I’m truly shocked at how this company can do such a terrible job at such a simple task. Please don’t use this service.

I will never rent from a place that makes you use Fetch. This service is a rip off and doesn’t benefit you at all. It’s a ploy for the complex and fetch to make money. A scam. It’s a service not needed. You are paying to receive you packages late and don’t have a food service, bc your food will be old and hot. They don’t keep food orders cool. I hate this service with all me heart and I do not recommend. Stay away if you can. Shame the apartments that offer it.

Terrible

Always late this is a burden to every renter. This service should be illegal
