The new update looks so good and is so easy to navigate !!! I love using Fetcht for delivery.

I love the new update that was done! It is so much easier to navigate than the old app. I will definitely be using it a lot more.

The old version of the app wasn’t very good, but the update makes things so much easier. All special requests can be typed in and they have rewards now too!

The app worked ok for a while. Now I get “Failed to Initialize” as the error message when I try to open it. Deleted the app from my phone and my iCloud. Reinstalled the app. Same error. What’s the issue? I really like to support local businesses, but not having a functional app makes me want to order through a competitor. Help.

It just keeps saying Failed to initialize, please make sure you have a data connection. Obviously I do. I am writing this. Can you get this fixed?

The best food delivery service in town!

Please outsource development to someone who knows what they are doing. Whoever built this didn’t know what they were doing. It is so confusing. All of your competitors have much better apps and include tracking. It feels like if 1999 had an app it would function like this. To customer looking at this use something else. There are better apps for Oxford area.

Such a confusing app on how to order, check on your order, etc. waited for my food for hours. Get a new delivery app tbh.

This app is great. Makes ordering super easy and gives you lots of add-on/customizable options. I received constant communication about my order status. My order was delivered precisely within the given window. Great job, Fetcht!
