Fetii Ride

It’s the biggest scam out there. They have these guys out there lying and taking advantage of people. The app doesn’t work half the time, it’s overpriced, the support is garbage. I legitimately was scammed out of 80 dollars that I had to use due to their horrible interface

We took fetii for like 20 people. We were told it was 10$ a piece. The buses pull up and pick us up and my card doesn’t go through because it was fraudulent. I had one of my buddies pay for me and i venmoed him. Later that night he was charged for 3 people for 45$. Very bad service and won’t be using them again. I warn you, they stole money from us. Do better😤

I paid $500 in advance for 2 trips, one to our destination and one back. I got multiple confirmations and then the driver no-showed. I was unable to get ahold of anyone in a timely manner. The chat function is a bot and said someone would contact me in 24 hrs which was obviously too late. I had to send an email to the person who reserved it with the company because his number went straight to Voicemail. I didn’t hear anything back until 5 hours later stating it would be sent to management. I have not heard anything from management.

I went out of town where they had Fetti where I live there is no fetti first off my drive was not over 10$ the lowest amount it lets you add on there is 20$ so now I have money on there that will never ever get used again because I don’t have fetti where I live and it won’t let you withdraw your money off the app and the support team is absolutely no help to answering your questions

Horrible A/C in the back, soaking like a shower by the time the 45 minute ride to the lake was over. Wouldn’t recommend.

So I’ve taken two different fetii’s today and got kicked out of both because of extra payments and “money not being spent” even though we showed all of the payments through our bank accounts. I lost over $500 between the two fetii’s and didn’t even travel 5 miles yet… all I can say is do NOT EVER use this app because you will get scammed, upcharged, and most likely kicked out after giving them $300 then $300 up charge. DONT USE THIS APP!!

My first and last time in a fetti. they just hire whoever my driver was extremely rude and looking down at his phone the entire time when driving, even swerving when switching lanes. once i said something he stopped the car in the middle of the road. if you care about your life do not ride with this app, uber and lyft are much more reliable.

This is the worst ride app ever drivers are unmonitored and dangerous they have no respect for the laws of the road or other people’s safety when I reached out to support I got no response will never use this app and I strongly encourage other to find a safer way to travel
