Awful customer service
Paid for premium membership about 3 months ago now and have received no access. No help for my draft and now no in season tools. Sent multiple emails to support but they were unresponsive at first and have still not been able to update my account. They have now stopped replying to emails, offered no refund and essentially refused to help.
