FFC+

This app is really not the best and I’ve ran into a handful of issues already. I pay for the membership so that I can go to any FFC location. The app will not show me each locations hours on any given day besides “today” and even then i have to make a location my “home gym” in order to see “todays” hours. Also, each location has different amenities. It would be nice if the app somehow had a page for me to look at all the amenities at a specific location instead of me having to go to the FFC website. Lastly, it is odd that FFC On Demand only opens up on a new webpage and the videos are not available on the app. Depending on the location and where I am at the gym - the videos take a ridiculous amount of time to load. I’ve given up a handful of times when trying to use it. Is the point of the app just to check in and do nothing else? If so, then I guess the app is great. When I need to look up anything - I end up having to go to the FFC website instead of the app.

Works fine. Needs to add Watch support, so I can leave the phone at home.

You can pay a dev team from Pakistan $500 and get a better app. Was shocked to hear some features have been getting worked on for years.

Guys !! 21st century and can’t be able change credit card in app, And can’t be able add my QR code from app to Apple wallet, I’m Using special app adding ! Team 21st century, if you need it new app just let me know. My friend can do it for you !!!

This app is a junk. No use installing it

Why did they make this app? It is almost useless. I design apps for a living and can tell you right now, this thing was not created by someone who cares about and understands how people use apps to make life easier. Sure FFC is a health club, not a technology company, but there is a notion in modern business that every company in the modern age is a technology company too. So if FFC won’t invest in a quality app, I suggest they don’t create an app at all with clunky confusing features. This just makes customers frustrated even more.

Billing information is exposed to anyone who sees your phone. It should require authentication to get to billing info. Really poor design

This app is not user friendly or intuitive. I liked how the old app showed my week schedule on the first page so I can see when my classes I reserved for the week are. It’s so confusing and needs to be fixed. The old app was better.

Super buggy this morning. Keep trying to view class schedules for tomorrow and the app takes forever to load, only to arrive at today’s schedule all over again. Can’t even see schedules at other locations. Impossible to navigate from instructor profiles back to the class you were viewing without backing completely out of the group fitness calendar.

Please allow users to modify whether or not they receive email notifications for classes launching and becoming available for registration. Also please enhance push notifications so they take you directly to the date & class that you’re registering for. Currently they just take you to the group fitness and you have to scroll to the day of the class you want to register
