I’m trying to get a clip of another car hitting my car and I can’t even get into the app so that I can get the footage of the accident and I’ve tried deleting the app and reinstalling it even tried on someone else phone and even tried restarting my phone and nothing I’m doing is working
As of the most recent IOS update, the app will no longer open and just crashes as soon as you try to open the app. Please fix this issue, it renders to dashcam useless
This keeps on getting worse, now when I try to open the app it will not load. It was never the best to start off with and now that I can’t use my app to see my videos it’s frustrating.

I’ve had the camera now for about 4-5 months. It was working fine. Then one day the app just never opened for me again. It keeps force closing itself. The camera still operates but I can’t go in the app to do anything. Why is this?
The app stopped working and won’t even open.
This app has been so painful to use and only got worse when I updated my iPhone. Adding the camera is not easy and it freezes constantly and restarts. Since the update, the app just keeps crashing. I deleted it and redownload with no success. Can someone provide an update on this please.
my dashcam stop working after a year ago.
Been using it for years, but I’ve noticed the last 2 months it’ll disconnect itself. The app now force closes and can’t access any video from my phone.
