I have deleted and re downloaded this app 3 times now I have tried to set up an count multiple times a day for days now and every time it gets stuck on the spinning wheel that says “creating account” it will not go any further. App developer, any tips?

The idea is great and I’d love to use it! However this app is extremely buggy and makes the app oftentimes literally unusable.

Ever since the new layout update. The app hasn’t perform fast like it used to. Also there is a lag for tasks and always some error issues. I deleted the app and dl it again. Tried to login and wouldn’t let me. Kept saying error issues with the number 500.

Needs a better support team to handle issues in a timely manner been 4 days and A jobs still pending. Every upc would be incorrect Or item would be missing. Did you fix the app yet?

We’re looking for jobs automatically loads. It loads to the point where the jobs disappeared by the time it’s done. So I haven’t been able to get any jobs.

With verifying, I entered my phone number and again, but tells me to ‘enter a number’, I believe I just did.

I’ve been in retail a long time and the whole point to UPC, meaning Universal Product Code, is that this is a company’s unique number system to identify a certain product for inventory purposes. The universal part is SUPPOSED to be just that….UNIVERSAL! For instance, I was looking for a particular Starbucks coffee drink, because I was familiar with it since it’s a product I’ve purchased for years now. Out of SEVEN stores I’ve been to, including the stores they list for suggestions, the barcode was always the same yet complete erroneous to the required barcode needed in order to get paid. I’m beginning to think that the whole point of this is for THEM to have you spend time, energy and gas money traveling to all of these stores to get the images for THEM so that they can use them for for some future unforeseen reasons not known to anyone but them, then reject your invested time and energy capturing all of these photos so that they don’t have to pay you for your time. Because of all the “wrong” barcodes they reject, they can make up their own UPC’s for you to search knowing that you most likely won’t be able to locate most of them. For full transparency, THEY should post actual product images with the ACTUAL UPC that they want you to find so that this doesn’t look like a scam. I just started doing this a couple days and I’m already turned off by how it works. Too much time and effort to give to something with little return.

There needs to be more there’s not really much to do

Every survey I took would glitch out and say I got screened out after I gave them info about myself, and some surveys even asked for access to my location and photo identification on the phone

I wouldn’t recommend this app to my dead dog!
