I’m trying to find out what to do. My phone was stolen with the app on it. I’ve downloaded the app to my new phone but it still won’t. I don’t know how to get all my information back or transferred. Can anyone help me please? Regards steve.

Comments on Bible studies not saving
Hello there - mostly I really enjoy using this app in managing all the aspects of my ministry however I’ve noticed recently that comments I’ve added to a contact within the app have not saved - despite repeated and very deliberate attempts. Can this be resolved soon please?
Crashed can’t access info
Since the update 3 days ago, I can no longer open the app at all, which means I have no access to my report for this month. Using iPhone 14 Pro Max, iOS 16.6.

Thank you so much for your time & effort spent on developing & maintaining this wonderful app. I just love it. I’ve been using this app for many years now. Such a helpful tool. When I recently upgraded my iOS it looked like I had lost all my time. But with the ‘recover lost time’ function in the ‘user’ tab I was able to recover it all 😅. So thoughtful of you to have included this function. Once again, thank you!
Sometimes when you save it it’s erased
Hi, I’ve recorded my entire month of august and it got erased when I was going to send he report what’s happening.. ? It has never happened before so is there any way I can retrieve the month of aug2021?
I don’t find this app very intuitive
I personally find this app rather simplistic and lacking features in comparison to some of the other currently on the market.
Help please
Good app... but I can’t see how I can find monthly report of previous service year. Is it hidden somewhere or is it lost when beginning a new service year ? I can only find total hours for the entire service year and not individual months .

Thanks for this great app! Just a question, how do I edit the monthly report if I have entered & saved wrong details? I keep getting the sad emojis saying "sorry no report is available" when I click on each month ..
