Needs work, particularly with stock. Basic things such as not being able to leave a gate open between two paddocks, unclear paddock boundaries. Would be good if paddock lit up with the year colour of the stock that was in it. Apart from that works well enough and is a lot more affordable than other apps.
Looks like a great app but it is too expensive for the smaller operation
Deleted a field so I could change the boundaries but now have to pay to put it back it because of the 5000 acre limit. Had it set up before the they got money hungry like all apps.
A great app for keeping track of all the farm jobs and cropping programs. I use it to plan rotations and record spraying inputs as well as all the other farm inputs.
Love the app but wish it wasn’t so expensive me being a lot smaller farmer it’s money that I can’t spend, it would be a lot better if the free version allowed you to have a lot more herds of livestock available to place on you farm one is just not enough and makes it point less for me to use 10 to 15 would be the best or even 5 to 10 would be great, beside that great app I wish I could use it more if it wasn’t so expensive or if you upgraded the free version a bit
We have a sheep and cropping enterprise and use fieldmargins to record stock movements and numbers. In our cropping enterprise we use fieldmargins to record our crop rotations and spray applications. We have found it a great app that all of our employees use and keep records up to date. Thanks to the team at fieldmargins Kind regards Mik
Hi guys, i live on 60 acres and have a farm of 1800 acres. i have fields that i regularly slash and jobs that need to be done weekly, daily, monthly ect. if you could add a reoccurring Due Date, that would be great. and then where you get the prompt of selecting seeding, fertilising ect. i would like to see a custom option or slashing / mowing. Thanks.
First season in using fieldmargin and it’s working really well with myself and my full time employee in organising the spraying program and having the agronomist on it he can be checking paddocks writing notes giving recommendations Very happy with fieldmargin so far
App was good until I updated it. Now the app keeps closing on me when I go into it.
