This app has saved us time, we moved away from paper base dockets and in-office data entry, they have a really good support team.
App is great! So easy and very quick to learn. But only request I have is there anyway we can add something to be able to track milage and inventory ?
Customer service go’s above and beyond. Not complicated to learn. If your starting a franchise they have you covered very cost effectively. I highly recommend !

Was doing good till the latest update. When I click on an address to navigate it brings up a white screen. Please fix
Software has many bugs. Always crashing and losing customer data. Support team never responds and offers any help. For the inflated price they charge it is not worth it. Many other great software system out there. I would recommend Housecall Pro or Jobber over FieldPulse. I should have known not to use this software when I had to beg their sales team to setup a demo. They always made meetings then cancelled them with no notice or explanation. It was as if I was too small of a business for them to care. MAJOR red flag I should have listened to.
As far as I can tell, this app doesn’t work very well at all. Freezes on push notifications screen now, every time. But even before, when it did work, not nearly as maneuverable as advertised.
App is pretty good but I have a couple of things to recommend. One being auto correct, sometimes autocorrect doesn’t work and it will autocorrect to a word that not even English. Secondly, my techs and feel that comments and field notes should be editable. There are times where we need to edit our notes for spelling and or grammar mistakes. Also, there are times when I need to edit a comment if there was additional scopes of work performed on that same day. PLEASE help us out and make this available in the next update.
Customer support is spot on! They definitely have a contractor on staff who is navigating the software engineers. Seem to have overcome many of the limitations that other software packages have. Plus it can keep up with how fast I can click my mouse, that’s a huge benefit!
