Poorly maintained

The main screen shows one recent story and the rest are over a month old.

Garbage app

Just tried to transfer tickets to my brother. He created an account before the transfer, we tried several times, each time the password was not recognized after he just changed it. After a few logins, he had to create a brand new account for the transfer, he was finally able to receive the tickets. Notre Dame - you are better than this. Get your act together. This experience reminds me of a game with 5 turnovers. I also separately bought a hockey ticket, which resulted in not being able to see my football tickets.

Login issues

Password never seems to work. I change it and go to login and it does work again. I use a password app and this is the only that consistently does not work. I would expected something better but it looks like they want it to be so safe that they over engineered it and made it bad.

Terrible app terrible support

The help documentation is terrible or non-existent. The supporting website is terrible. The help from tix office is terrible.

Crashes or hangs up constantly on IPhone 12. Constantly asking to login over and over. Useless. ND do better. Maybe have some students develop something better than this. Zero stars if I could.

Ticket functionally is terrible

Crashes over and over, even several days before game day when 80k shouldn’t be trying to download tickets.
