Description

Figure makes it easy to create great-sounding music in seconds.
Create an addictive beat before the barista brings your coffee or lay down a beefy bass line while waiting for the bus to arrive.
Figure is intuitive enough for beginners to make music within seconds, yet deep enough for you to get lost in endless play on a transatlantic flight.
Simply slide your finger across the play pad to record and tweak catchy drumbeats, memorable melodies and fat bass lines. Just bring your inspiration and Figure will help you take care of the rest.

I used to have an iPad with an app that allowed me to make music like this, but then my iPad broke. I later realized that the app that I had gotten for free for my iPad, was now $30! So I found this and it works super well, not AS good as the old app I had, but all the things it can do is still up there with the other app. 4 - 5 stars.

Really versatile and can make much good music, and it’s fun! I wish there were an easier way to make full length songs, edit loops with piano roll, and maybe more types of instruments like pad or piano… all in all really good fun, and I’m hope I can utilize this app to make good music…!

Good ! I guess

I think the app is good for beginners but I wish they added a spot to add a lead singer with lyrics so we could record parts and put it into my beat

I love this app it’s so fun! But after I bought a new iPad I tried to get a new password but sent me to a 404 error page. Remade an account, but said there was an error and to try again.. so now I just can’t use it. Super bummer.

UPDATE new in 2024

It’s still a great inspirational app that I use to make all kinds of loops and then export them for use in other apps like Elliot Garage Nodes! What a great combination! Glad to see Figure back. Logged in with Propellerheads account that I’ve had for years. No big deal. Certainly not worth having a stroke over! I always get great stuff out of Figure! As far as I'm concerned this comes very close to blowing iKaossilator out of the water. If it had a save and audio export function it would. Add those two things and the ability to update the sound palette and you've done it.
