Some features of T2 Pro only can be enabled from Fiil+ app but the app doesn’t support T2 Pro

They should add all their devices Does not currently support T1 Lite

For some reason there app does not connect to the headphones in Australia! What kinds business decision is that?!?

I’m a fan of the build and sound quality for the Fiil products, I have DIVAs and T1 X headphones, great products, so I bought the Fiil CCs, great product. Fiil are great bang for your buck. Where Fiil fail is in the app, even though they ship internationally the app doesn’t support all markets or all products, this is a major flaw in their business model and begins to fragment their market. For the DIVA the app change the language, for the T1 X it does not, you have to buy the English ones; poor form. For the CCs, the app itself is regionally based and will not connect to the CCs due to the region I live in (Australia); again poor form. Restricting product support in the app by region is not aligned to your sales model and forcing English speakers to pay a premium for the English language support is more likely to decrease your sales and your profits.

You should update it to support fiil belt I bought the earbuds but I can’t find the app support it
