They lazy , only looking to grab your money for very useless service, they never respond to your feedback, I hate days when I called them

Worst service ever, unprofessional and untrained janitors in addition to useless customer support. Won’t try again
WORST COMPANY EVER
I tried them to clean but actually they did not came with their equipments I asked them to clean specific things more than one time and they did not. They damaged 2 walls at my home Their supervisor is not qualified at all Even after I sent a complaint there was no respectful reply!!!! They just said we can send another team!
Worst app and disrespectful
I had an appointment at 2 PM then they have called me informing that it will be at 4;30 after that, the repair man Called Remon has called me make me take pictures of the needed staff and advised me he will be there at 5 PM Finally at 6 PM I am calling him and no respond After wasting a full day waiting,NO ONE CAME !!!!

اسوء تنظيف و اعلي اسعار
انا جربتهم كذا مره ، كان بيبقي تنظيف عادي و بكون ورا مقدمه الخدمه واحده واحده عشان تعرف تعمل ايه ، و مافيش فايده برضه ، و في الاخر جربت خدمه التنظيف العميق ، كارثه دفعت ١٢٠٠ جنيه و ما اخدتش ب ١ جنيه نظافه ولا ريحه ولا اي حاجه ، الناس مافيش سينس اصلا بهدلت البيت و مانضفتش و حاولت معاهم عشان انا في الاخر هدفع و مافيش فايده تعبت من الوقفه واني ماشي وراهم حته حته ، انا مسحت الابليكشن و في الاخر خدمه العملاء تقولي ليك خصم تحب تستفيد بيه ؟!!! يعني حتي مافيش تعويض ب اي شكل

Unreliable… they did not show and no calls or apologize except after their scheduled time and waiting for them for three hours to answer me. DO NOT USE THEM EVER. TERRIBLY UNRELIABLE.
