What you want and should expect
The app is really easy to use and delivers the experience you are looking for. Even the free frames are pretty need and with the premium subscription there are many high quality frames which are updated regularly.

$3,49 for a pack? It’s way too much and I’m a person that won’t mind paying money for cool apps but this one isn’t it. Sorry.
Film Frames Branding on paid Overlays?
Is there actual „Film Frames“ branding on the 3,49€ kodak portra overlays? thats weird man.. i get the branding if its free.. but paid? deleted.
By far not the best...
It has some nice free layouts, but only 2 packs. The layouts load really long, so I prefer using UNUM. Also the packs are more expensive here! And how do you change two pictures in the layout? It seems not possible yet so only 2 stars...
Can’t cancel membership
There is no place to cancel the membership.
After 10 months, image quality still suffers.
I respect Sawyer’s creative work, so when he announced this mobile app (in 2019?) I was really excited. At first I loved the app but quickly realized the image quality gets completely shot. This has been a known issue and every time I’ve asked support if this will be fixed, they say yes! In the next update! Uh huh, it’s almost been a year and it’s still bad. -_- So there’s $20 down for the year subscription. For what it’s worth, shooting with an EOS R, L series glass, 28-70 f2 rf, 85 f1.4 ef, 50 f1.2 ef, 100 f2.8 ef. RAWS processed in Adobe Lightroom. Exported at 100% quality jpeg. Just my experience. ✌🏻
Not worth any $.
Glitchy app, doesn’t work. User interface frustrating, ultimately gave up and unsubscribed within :15.
