Poor customer service when troubleshooting
Unfortunately, where the app has its merits; the customer service has its shortfalls - and so should you have the bad luck of encountering an issue, troubleshooting is so inflexible and passive, that it’s likely your problem will go unresolved.
DONT FALL FOR THE 3-DAY FREE TRIAL
I clicked on to the app after a long time of not using it/ not being sure if I ever did but had just downloaded it a while ago. On the payment plans, it offered a 3-day free trial in yellow, on top of a basic account. I had one video to make so I did it and then went to cancel the free trial and say I’d been charged £60!!! I’ve tried emailing them twice regarding a refund as they falsely advertised a free trial to me and have had no response, it’s now weeks later. Don’t fall for the free trial.
Very limited templates.
Ive had the invideo app downloaded the one with the blue logo. I downloaded it because its very easy to use. I was tricked into purchasing this. I have not downloaded this app before. I wouldnt have anyway because they have about 25 templates in total which Im not sure how to use. The customer service replied to my first email but they have not replied to me again! Dont waste your time! Im now stuck with this useless app for a year! Such a rip off
Poor app
Downloaded to create a stop motion video. The automatic setting for importing photos is 2s per frame which is incredibly slow. The only way to fix this is by manually adjusting each frame length - no way to do this globally. Obviously idiotic!
Good when it works
Numerous times if almost finished a video and when I come to complete it says asset unavailable
Such a waste…
App is different to the desktop app. This is a complete waste. There is no templates. It’s in portrait and you can only use to edit existing videos on your devices or shoot new ones. Doesn’t even deserve a -1 star.

So it was good at first and I made a video but then it said “Would u like us to access to your photos “ and I pressed no and it took me out of the app when I tried to put it on TikTok it didn’t work it came out again so now I have to re download it and try again.
