接続が完了できない
アプリのアイコンと同じ意匠が表示され続けるだけで、タイムアウトする。ZE8000 & iOS18.2
利用出来ない
アプリを開いても接続出来ず、タイムアウトばかりでまともに使えません
ノイズコントロール操作不能
追記:そもそも、アプリが起動できなくなった… アプリを起動すると、ノイズコントロールがオンになっていてオフにできない。 ノイズコントロールのモード変更は可能だけど、オフにはできないみたいです。 多分、バグです。 早く治ることに期待！！

1週間？くらい前からアプリが起動しません。

プリセットがあると使いやすいです。
ボイススルーでの不具合
ボイススルーにモード切り替え、端末の音量を上げるように操作すると、音が小さくなる不具合があるIOS 18.0、機器のバージョンは1.8.7 ボイススルーでは音量が固定されるとのことなので、音量を変更することは想定されていないのだと思う。 ただ、ボイススルーになっていることを知らないまま音量を上げようとして音が小さくなったので当初機器自体の故障を疑ってしまった。

IPhoone xrのときはしっかり起動してくれたのに、IPhone 13 Proに変えてから全く起動しない 1ヶ月に直らなかったらメルカリに出品します
ファームウェアのせい？
3/6のファームウェアバージョンアップからアプリの各種設定のON/OFFがOFFのまま固定され切り替わらず、またノイズコントロールもOFFに固定されONに切り替わらない。それでもイヤホン本体をタッチすることでノイズコントロールは切り替わるのだが、ノイキャンにしても外音は取り込むし、ウィンドカットモードの方がいくらかマシになる状態。ながら聴きモードにいたってはホワイトノイズが酷く、それどころから外音が刺さるようになり音量が小さいパートでは聴くに耐えない。 アプリの再インストール、イヤホンのリセットも繰り返しましたが症状が改善されません。 何とか改善されるよう対応願います
