Money taken but no pack to show for it. Contacted Support - no answer. Contacted Help - no answer. I WANT A REFUND >:-(

I will keep giving a 1 star each time. Knowing the developers of this game they probably wouldn’t count the 1 star rating in overall stats anyway.
Started out well
Started out well. Now it’s pay to play to get to be a high ranking player. Not enough cheap packs.
Was a good gAme and then developers got greedy
Been playing this game for well over a year. Was great and now killed by daily rapid changes mostly requiring purchases. Corporate greed catering to those who spend the most. That coupled with glitches, errors, not receiving what your purchased, false advertising on in app packs, and incredibly poor customer service. This is the only game where I feel I have to video and screen shot actions to prove the issue. Start this game at your peril! At the start was a good game, building your empire and learning nuisances in the game that made you strong enough to attack, or defend. Then new changed started coming, slow at first, so you invest a little money, buy some of those special items, then you get a group of people playing and build friendships, But the game changes. And items you purchased for real money are now handed out for free. Then they introduced an instant pack basically giving new players almost everything we had worked for over a year. Complaints made to Apple, Amazon, google and players across the world got refunds due to this unfair practices. Then they introduced dark worl, making everything you had earned to that point virtually obsolete, and now new things change daily and you are bombarded with messages to ‘visit the gold store’. They then when one realm becomes strong they merge with another stronger realm to spice things up but ultimately to encourage more purchasing to survive. This game was great and now corporate greed has killed the game except for those players who purchase virtually every day. So, if you have money to burn, this can be a fun game, but if you don’t want to spend then you will spend a lot of time under a shield fighting for survival.
Absolutely pay to win
Keep getting constantly crushed, you have to spend a ton of money to just keep up, not worth it
Pay to actually Play
Great game if you have thousands of dollars to continually invest in growing your empire. New items (gear, heroes, boosts) come out weekly and you have to spend money to but packs to obtain these boosts. Without them you are an inactive player living under a shield forever, unable to attack opposing empires. If you have the cash, go for it. If not.... good luck buddy. Have fun in your eternal bubble 🤦🏼♀️ Don’t even bother communicating with Devs as you likely to only receive automated responses.
I enjoyed this game
The people I played with were great. The developer killed this game by introducing a new money making scheme every day or two making it impossible to compete without spending over 1k a week. What’s worse is that there are numerous glitches that adversely affect game play and they do nothing to fix them. Do not play this game; do not play any game associated with MZ or Epic. And if the above doesn’t put you off perhaps the fact that they took away items I purchased will - that’s illegal btw and it’s just one example of the many indiscretions of the developers in the time I played.
Over priced
Packs have become ridiculously expensive. My guild members have posted screen shots of the packs they purchase for $5-$20USD on line chat and those exact same packs show at $130NZD for me...I KNOW the exchange rate does not match. No packs available for less than $100NZD. NOT COOL
