Finale To Do: Tasks & Habits

Paid for pro version to enable sharing tasks lists but the app crashes each time I try. This problem repeats on other devices also with paid accounts. Reached out to the developer and didn't receive a response.

I like the app and use it every sigle day. But I would change the way to check the lists out, I would like the app better if we have a visible check mark. Also, I wish the section of “Hi,name” would automatically interconnect with the others sections you create. The app is really good but there’s a lot of room for improvement.

Had this for about a year and it is very helpful. My one issue is when I write the day something is due the app sometimes gets it wrong and says that’s it’s late or something.

I enjoy the ease and simplicity of the app. However, it could benefit from adding a feature that allows you to go back and log a habit if you forgot to mark it off before.

I have to say I have been looking for this kinda app which supports to-do list, pomodoro and habit tracker. Thanks the team for putting so much effort in making this app. I wish in next update three more feature would be added. 1. Tick-tick / nature sounds for the pomodoro timer 2. Better reporting system like in pie/ graph chart for habit, todo list and focus hours. 3. Fix syncing between Mac and iPhone takes longer time.

My only gripe is some lack of features although is it very satisfying to complete a task. Some improvements I believe would be goals, lists, a priority level for tasks, recurring tasks, maybe even a journal. There’s a lot you could do with this, I love the app it’s bare bones right now I hope it gets some new features!

Just got the Pro version and so far so good. Will rereview after I've used it for awhile.

I am surprised with the bunch of cool features that are amazingly super in “Finale” compared to the top rated task management apps. Finale resembles tick tick sometimes, but very legible and flexible than tick tick imo. Beautiful design with multiple color themes, Satisfying haptic when you hit to complete a task/ habit, Focus timer showing as running in the menu & main view, a thoughtful monthly view widget, Calendar integration is pretty sweet compared to other apps, Display of tasks, habits & notes in today view is nice, Tasks priority, Lists coloring & icon, Swipe actions on a task, Smart lists, and the list goes on in this app! Though it was cool with above features, I have the below list of features request for more usability, 1. Multiple views to quickly glance at weekly/ monthly/ yearly tasks (going back to other apps because of this) 2. Badly in need of Apple Watch complications & full support to add & edit 3. Progress bar on task, if part of Sub tasks are completed 4. Display the number of sub tasks (as 1/4) on a task 5. Timer Live activities in the Lock Screen when focus timer is running 6. Few Unique ringtones to recognize to dos & calendar notification of Finale Hats off & thank you, for an excellent app!!

Structured and easy to navegate but flexible enough to be personalized. I only wish tasks had alarms.
