Financial Mail Magazine Reviews

Bad bad app

Fledgehammer on

South Africa

Does not work. If you forget your password, there is no way to reset password.

Unable to download digital edition

Sharkie7915 on

South Africa

I am able to log in but it keeps saying “order - requesting delivery”. This seems to be a recurring problem for a while based on the reviews so it is disappointing that it has not be resolved yet.

Bad

Can’t download and read the latest issue. What’s the point of going digital then?

The app just crashes

Jyaldwyn on

South Africa

The app just crashes as soon as you open it. Arena can’t support or fix it.

App stopped working

NDCTS on

South Africa

Originally I could download copies of the FM now it simply says requesting delivery and nothing happens. FM seem in no hurry to fix it as it is a common complaint

Login works, but no delivery

RogerW-ZA on

South Africa

One star better than Sunday Times because the sign-in works, but it keeps on saying “requesting delivery”. Still haven’t been able to read a single issue. What am I paying for?
