Great support, unusable chat history
When replying to customer support you have to write a new message every time. I need to see the chat history!! The people helping you out are golden though. They are really nice and know their stuff.

Let me change my password! An app where you can’t change your password without contacting customer support? Come on. Please sort this in the next update! At least the support guys get it done without any fuss.
