It won’t let me track my devices without paying, money grabbers…
I’ve been trying to cancel the free trial for days. It’s impossible to do so on the app because they literally don’t have the option.
This app is probably one of the worst I’ve ever tried to use in my entire life. They want you to pay five dollars for the week subscription and then I can’t even get it to find my own earbuds that I have in my hand. A bunch of other unknown devices sometimes show up sometimes don’t, then the app for most of the time won’t even load anything not even the options of turning it on or off. I would not waste your time using this app much less pay for any subscriptions.
It seems to detect and name certain devices, mainly Apple ones. However, the list is full of “unknown” devices which drowns out the usefulness of the app. There’s no way to filter by distance and the order of appearing devices is sporadic and random. An app like wonderfund, although showing less devices, shows their names. My oura ring, for example, shows up clearly in wonderfind but is lost in the sea of “unknown” devices, making it sort of useless. There’s a lot of potential for this app, as it seems to pick up way more devices than other competitors, but it’s impossible to discern which device is which, something that should be possible considering their names automatically show up when discovering them with the iPhone.
All the devices say unknown, many items were obviously the neighbors’ devices even though I selected recognized devices, the distance to device never changed when I walked around, the map looked like a toddler scribbled on it even when I walked in a straight line, and the map kept registering more movement after I stopped moving. Maybe it would be helpful if you could relabel the device when you saved it, especially if everything says unknown. I found it frustrating and useless.
Very bad
Interesting because it finds ALL BT devices. But it doesn’t give you the option to name those generic ones with no name, nor to delete random BT devices of your neighbor. GRANTED this is not the main use of the app, but as it can find all BT (think various headphones and speakers) it would be nice to really be able to use the app for more than earbuds IMO. But - great for what it does!
This app does the job but I wish there was someway to rename the devices especially when so many are listed as unknown. There's also no direct support or email available in the app to contact anyone with questions.
Very useful app, easy to setup, easy to use!
