App does not work and no support at all
App does not work. Keep getting an error after I paid and there is no response or anyone to offer to help fix.
Wrong Address
App would probably be good if it showed the correct address for the family member.
Doesn’t work
This problem stem from last year I thought it would be fix. Noop when add some one on the app crushes. How can I get my refund back. I’ll send app a text

So far I have been unable to add family members even after paying for the premium plan.

You can find the same app for free and you do not have to pay for.

You make it appear this is a free app then hit us with $4.99 wk or $10.99 mo. Not cool. Deleting
Not useful
Doesn’t update location in real time and seemingly no way to refresh the info. It keeps showing me location from when I first set it up with my teenage kids, which is our home. And ads keep popping up which doesn’t make for a friendly UX.
Disappointed
Showing a family members location 4 days ago doesn’t work for me.
