Description

Find My Understudied Genes (FMUG) is a rationally-designed tool to helps biologists identify understudied genes and characterize their tractability for future research.
Users submit a list of human genes (presumably from a high-throughput -omics experiment) and can filter these genes down based on a large list of factors, including:
- Number of articles about gene
- Probability of differential expression
- Homology in model organisms
- Availability of reagents
- Number of articles about relationship between gene and disease
and many more!
