My iPhone needs to connect to the internet for the location to be found. Considering I forgot it somewhere how on earth do you think it will randomly connect to the internet

Find my stopped showing my phone’s location whilst I was travelling South America. It was in an area with perfect good signal over the course of two weeks. My Mum took comfort in knowing where I was but it didn’t update for two weeks. We tried everything to fix it: Actively resharing the locations on both ends - hard resetting both phones - uninstalling and reinstalling app, singing in an out of Apple ID. Then I tried erasing my device on the app and reading it again but can find no way of doing so.

Very poor as keeps freezing for days

Takes hours to show correct location, can’t keep up in real time. Considering this is Apple, its very disappointing!

I have never had this work correctly. Had my dad on find my iPhone. Shows my brothers picture and contact. But shows my mums location! How is this even possible. And now it doesn’t even update

I tried to find my AirPods but since they’re in the case they’re in “sleep mode” and in find my you have to connect to the device you want to find and so I can’t do that I honestly hate this app so much it makes no sense I’m so disappointed apple do better I want to see an improvement because this is disgraceful

This is a handy app but why does it insist that my data is off? I can only use it when on WiFi, so what happens if I need to check where my kids are when I’m not in or at work??

Why the can’t I freeze my location without letting people know

This app is brilliant for keeping track of your partner, family and best friends and they know where I am too. My kids are in their 20 & 30’s and my best friend is nearly 60 and I’m over 60 and we all love this app.
