I really 🥰 this app! If you need to FIND CENTER then this is for you. Dr. Smith has great content. I’m looking forward to everything she has to offer. I’m going to use this all year to keep on track. The free content was so helpful I am going to upgrade in February. App is easy to use and well structured. 🙂
