I was looking for an app to identify frequencies for calibrating my cassette decks, and this works perfectly. It can tell the difference between 2999 and 3000 Hz. I'm gonna have perfect tape speed now.
Like it, use it a lot. Recommend.
Love this interface and simplicity. The new favorites UX is great, and it’s always very cool to see developers listening to their users by always improving and maintaining the app. Thanks a bunch!
I've been trying to find out what frequency I'm humming, what frequency or note (IF IT IS a note) I'm singing when I just sing something I wrote WITHOUT A REFERENCE — not tune an instrument. everyone and their cousin makes a guitar tuner app. and I use my ears to tune my instrument faster than anyone using an app. hehe ok full disclosure — my cat Pistachio keeps making this one sound and I was trying to find out what frequency it is, it's around 632Hz. and the sound I hum if I just hum "out of the blue" is 111Hz. 111 is also my building number and also Dr. Hofmann's birthday 😎 thanks for making this app
I found it! An easy to use 432 tuner. That was all I was looking for, Took a few tries but finally found it here!
I love fine tuner a lot, the level of detail and convenience of just being on my phone is amazing but not having preset drop tunings like G# and A# is a minor annoyance but still more than possible with all notes tuner. Still a 5 star from me but dev please Drop G# and A# need some love too.
puffy-heart love. the automatic tuner finds my notes so i can glance over and see if i'm on tune (spoiler: i am not). it's simple, intuitive, inexpensive, and absolutely never crashes. what's not to love?
This tuner is just the best in terms of layout and simplicity. But what’s holding it back are two things: 1) There is no option to create custom tunings. This is a very easy feature to implement since the tuner already has all the chromatic notes available, just let the user decide how many strings they want the metaphorical instrument to have and then let the user pick the note / Hz of those strings 2) This app needs a better way to store or save favorite tunings instead of a single scroll list with no good way to jump to what you want. Maybe just a search bar would solve this?
