Great app

It has everything I need. Good support.

Very poor design

This app lacks a lot of features. It’s very outdated no customer service whatsoever or extremely poor they literally just go in circles and you get nothing resolved. Employees of course don’t get their correct hours again one of the worst apps for clocking in and out

This app has been a game changer for my employees and myself. Probably the best employee punch and payroll system on the market . I am a huge fan

Can’t punch in

Before the 4.3 update there was virtually no problems with punching in and out for work but now I can’t do that because the “Job” filter isn’t available to me and it’s need to punch in and out. Is this a workaround for this or do I just have to wait for the next update? This is very annoying.

its not giving the right dates of pay so its stating i havent worked and i did it needs to be more up to date

Not happy

Well it doesn’t update to the current week. So I’m not really liking the app if I didn’t have to use it for work I’d rather a more efficient application that is up to date with my personal information like my days and pay week.

Why all the hoops just to punch in? I think it’s a great app for a first year computer programmer accomplishment. needs alot of work. lot of things don't work through a phone. for example they are supposed to send a code for security purposes, and it doesn't function.
