本App為「防災圖控系統」之手機端應用服務程式，當火警事件發生時，能即時將火警、故障、斷線..等事件通知訊息發送至手機端，提供使用者即時防災訊息。除提供火警動作、設備斷線故障、系統(電源)異常等事件通知外，亦提供逃生路線圖、緊急連絡人資訊、火災發生處理流程、緊急通報消防單位、直撥119、火警現場實拍、火警留言板等特定服務功能，以便讓使用者及防火管理人員能即時、精確掌握火災現場實況、協助消防單位做好防災預備、掌控火警動態及其他後續處理事宜。
