Great pizza and service from these guys. Highly recommend the food and will definitely be getting more in the future

Been told the pizza is great but having placed an order through the app I have not had any update for when it’s coming and going back on the app it’s showing as the store unavailable. Ring the number for the store and it takes me to a store miles away and can’t help so no idea where order is or even if it’s coming.

App doesn’t load. Ordered via website previously but charged admin fee for pizza. Jokers. Business for sale in Bury. Avoid. You should pay us to take the business off you.

Are 5x as long. Second night ordering on the app over a hour and 10 mins and still currently waiting. Uber eta and still is 20-30mins which I used to regularly order through and never had these long delivery times.

No point using this app, it just opens a website in a really bad way.

I wanted to order today, but Fireaway was removed from Deliveroo, so I downloaded their app. I registered, but not received an email to confirm this, and also the app doesn’t work. My closest store is not available to select and whatever option I click on it just takes me back to the page where I need to select the store. Please fix the app, as your pizzas are very good and I want to keep ordering from you. Thanks

We order from Fireaway regularly. The pizzas are always decent and the shakes are very good. Their own app seems to give better prices right now than Deliveroo or Just Eat.

Absolutely LOVE this restaurant, however after downloading the app, the nearest shop (Dudley) isn’t available so I can’t use it! The one star is therefore for the App, the food itself is 5stars!
