What’s the idea of picking up option if i will arrive and the order has not been prepared yet!!!!

I ordered and paid from the app. It took my money and then told me the order failed. I spent the next two weeks in contact with the restaurant manager and trying to get in contact with the management. No one in the head office contacted me. The only person who helped was the restaurant manager.

I made an order for pickup and it showed on the app that it’s ready for pickup! When I arrived I found out that they haven’t prepared it yet!!

I was never to be able to make a single order, keeps telling me “connection is offline.”

Won’t send a code, won’t sign me up, won’t sign me up as a guest. The whole app is broken

this is my first time using this app, first I try to make an account and everything is fine until they send the verification code and I put it in, but it didn’t work even after I tried over ten times. Then when I join as guest and make an order, as soon as I submit all the things in my favorites go away and there is nowhere to reach my order. Overall very bad experience, a lot of fixes need to be made to make this app good and reliable. BIGGEST SCAM I HAVE EVER SEEN. I went to pick up my order from Red Sea mall but it said there was no app.

I am trying to register but the registration couldn’t be done until I enter the verification code There is no sms received or even email to verify the registration I hope to fix this issue sooooooon

needs for bugs fixing because i ordered many times and it’s still doesn’t show that i did when i go to pick it up.
