No good
Asked for help and got a reply after the 3 day trial. 2 weeks later and they still hadn’t told me if the app can be used if you don’t have the actual remote. It seems you can’t but they won’t confirm which is odd. It says it’s a monthly subscription but contact from help desk said it’s a 1-time payment for a lifetime use... but the blob says the subscription will be renewed and charged each rollover period. It’s very misleading!
