Great app but would be nice to have transactions post quicker than a couple of days. Also would be nice to have the brella debit card app combined with the banking app so I don’t have to switch between the two.

I love that you still carry one on one customer service. Not these automated machines every other bank is coming out with just to try and save a dollar. Only one thing if we can get a machine ( any where) so we can deposit money after hrs I get paid cash a lot but after hrs. Don’t like carrying that money

Bank is great for what it is, app as well, however the overdraft fees is ridiculous. If you go over 1 cent they charge you $30. If something gets automatically charged even when you are in the negative instead of stopping the transaction it goes through and then charges you again for another overdraft. This happened before and I was charged $99

I really appreciate the security I get from using this app.

this app needs a option to block your cards from being able to be used. I had got my card stolen the day before Christmas Eve and I couldn’t stop the thieves from using it because of the after hours. The bank didn’t open till 8 Christmas Eve but it was almost 400 dollars too late. Luckily they bank disputed it and got my money back the same day.
