The app was working fine until about a week ago when it apparently updated. Now I can’t get on. Every time I try to log on it says invalid and then it will eventually say user blocked. Talked to the bank and they reset everything and as soon as I get it set up to log on it says user blocked. There is a reason a person has mobile banking. So frustrating!!!!!

I have to constantly uninstall & reinstall this app! It will not open! It just sits and spins! Frustrating
Why is there no history
Unfortunately this is the most poorly designed bank app I’ve used. Most people use banking apps to check their account balances but also to see their transaction history. So they don’t have to use a hand written register. PLEASE update this to something more user friendly. Update transaction history page!!
Recent Update Stinks
App was working fine until a recent update at the beginning of December, 2019. Everything is now very slow.

Room for improvement
I mostly use this app to check my account balance. While it’s easy to navigate I don’t like that I can’t see or select how far back to view account transactions. Yes, there’s an option to view the statement the bank creates but there’s a gap of about 1-2 weeks between that and viewing your account. I would like to see an option where you can select how many weeks back to view your account transactions.
Love this app
Love using this mobile app. Easy to navigate and see your information. I like using it better than the internet banking web site.
Bad!
I have had nothing but problems with this app. It used to work fine but after the last update it is a pain to use. If FB-VA cares about its customers it should fix this ASAP!
Pay attention
Overall the functionality of this app is great. My concern is the My Accounts page. It displays your beginning of the day balance with bounce protection. So if you don't actually click on the account, you won't get an up to date balance showing any transactions that processed that day and could be tricked into overdrafting.
First Bank
Why have a mobile app if you can't make mobile deposits? Get with the times First Bank, you are way behind. Not sure you are worth the trouble anyway. Someone hacked my bank card and it took you 10 business days to send me a new one! Are you punishing me for the hack? Most other banks send bank cards next day.
