Could be better

I don’t like that the app makes me two authentication every single time I go log in. It wasn’t doing that before and I click on use Face ID and it doesn’t change it every time.

Feedback

Have always enjoyed the app, but recently purchased a new iPhone with iOS 18, the Face ID no longer works and it is very disappointing. Not having Face ID, makes accessing the app more tedious. I am hopeful it will be updated in the near future.

Online deposit does not work now

I keep trying to add my facial recognition and it works if I don’t close down the site. If I close it down and try to sign in again the facial recognition does not work

Mortgage / bill pay

Would like to be able to make principle payments to my mortgage on line. Prior to the upgrade I as able to. Also cannot add some of my monthly bills to bill pay that I was previously paying monthly via bill pay.

I have no option to deposit check? despite being updated and on an iphone 13?
