What’s going on with the bank app it don’t wanna work

It’s such a roll of the dice on if this apps useable or not. I get having to do update. But set up an update schedule not just any time updates or maintenance needs to be.

Thank you. I would suggest a “report bugs” link in-app so the devs of this app can get feedback/tickets directly instead of needing to post a 1 star review :)

Can no longer deposit checks. Tells me to rotate phone and still won’t do anything. Random bugs throughout time but could at least get it to work randomly until now.

It is constantly unavailable due to maintenance/ server issues. Making it unreliable. It is a hassle to not know whether or not your bank balance is proper, whether or not you could make a transfer, or pay a bill. There is no notice to when these maintenances go on. It’s extremely unreliable.

Trying to open an app and it gives me application error every time.

Great app but has glitches that are frustrating

We joined FCCU about 50 years ago, when it was just one location .....even before credit unions had checking accounts but when they did, and started offering retirement savings, CD’s and great loan rates way back then...we stayed with them. They have increased their services and have grown beyond my imagination with 28 branches....and something for every age group. They have traditionally had the best savings rates and lowest loan rates so it always good to check them out before making a decision of where to save, and where to borrow.
