I always have issues with the camera focusing with the new app! Please address this. Never an issue with the old app

This app is easy to navigate and simple to use.

This app’s an upgrade and I love it!

I miss the old app.. it wasn’t as complicated, always worked..and had more options for mobile banking. It’s making life more difficult.

I’ve tried to get into my account a million times by having them e-mail me my username but it won’t even send me an e-mail. Then I called the help number and they told me they don’t have an account under my name… I got the e-mail telling me this is the new app. Definitely a waste of my time when the other app worked just fine. I still haven’t been able to get in on this app.

The new app really is awesome! Has all the updated features and instructions on how to use were very helpful! Good job First Farmers!!

I’ve tapped “text me again” 3 times and still nothing, the old app worked just fine.

It locked me out of my account when I most definitely entered the correct username and password. I have left 4 voicemails in the past 3 days and they will not return my call as promised.
