Not working, no help link

Subscribed to the free trial but when I try to access any of the content, it navigates me to subscribe again. I thought maybe the original subscription hadn’t gone through, but when I try to do it again it tells me I’m already subscribed. Can’t find any help link on the app or site except FAQs which don’t cover this.

The app keeps crashing

I would love to rate this app but can’t because every time I try to use it or open a video it kicks me out of the app.

Toddler thoroughly enjoyed it

...but wasn't educational enough for my liking. Given it's a video app it's not a surprise that it's only video but I was expecting some kind of interactivity. However, as it says in my title - my daughter is obsessed by the squirrel video!

Baby deleted app by accident then I redownloaded and I have to pay new subscription! Now I can't even pay because the app is so bad! But baby loves it and is very sad
