The app has no security features to protect the privacy once you open it you can view the user’s information that’s a privacy violation
RIP OFF
this is literally the worst app ever cant even function right on the app it had said 29 days due (i had a late payment i wanted to cover today) i call to make the payment and turns out im 30 days do the lady (she started getting salty with me) she says " the app is always a day behind" LIKE WHAT??? WHAT IS THE LITERAL POINT TO THE INFORMATION ON THE APP??? yes i could have made an eariler payment but i was technically on the app showing i had today to pay it off and i couldnt which is costing me credit points so disappointed on your company

They all ways have bad services They only want to go over your money with hight interest rate When I had principal balance on my app Around $16 k then they simple change to $19 K!!! not good at all

Always waiting for 30min or more to someone answering my phone calls. They do not even response when you contact them by chat through the app. They double charged and never got it yet
