پێویستە بەشێك لە کارمەندانی بانکی FIB شەق ترێن بکرێن چونکە زۆر بێرێز و نا رۆشەنبیرن !! لەو بروایە دام ئەو جۆرە کارمەندانە تەنانەت بروانامەی پۆلی 6 سەرەتایشیان نیە نازانم چۆن لە بواری بانك دامەزراون ! بە دڵیاییەوە (واصطة) چونکە نازانن چۆن هەڵس و کەوت بکەن لەگەڵ بەرامبەریان هەموو کات لە شەردان و هەموو کات خۆیان پێ راستە و کەچی خۆیان لە هەموو بابەتێکی تایبەتی کەسەکە هەڵدەقوڵتێنن

The app super annoying every now and then the app ask you so weird and personal questions and force to answer or your account will get blocked

Hope more people would go digital rather than cash it’s a really great app overall but you should customize the face a little bit for example my eyes hurts when i watch it it’s too bright lol.. adding a dark color like the phone system black appearance would go really great!! Thanks !

I recently lost money through the FIB Bank app, and getting help has been a nightmare. It’s been nearly a week with no answers, and they don’t seem to know what caused the issue. It feels like they only have two people working, and responses take hours—sometimes up to 10 hours or more. For a bank, this lack of support and transparency is unacceptable, especially when customers money is on the line. How can anyone trust this bank with larger amounts of money if they can’t resolve basic issues quickly? Until they improve, I can’t recommend this app.

I’ve been trying to open the app and it doesn’t allow me to open it , this is a wallet it shouldn’t have bugs
