Not broken don’t fix
My old app had worked perfectly for years. Now, having to download this new app, I cannot get into my account in an emergency situation. This is not good. And why spring this on customers without warning? Gary Berry

Locked out for weeks
TouchID doesn’t stay. I’ve been locked out of my app for weeks. Tried getting ahold of someone at bank. Will go by there today. ☹️
Been great but....
This app has been working great in the past. However, now it will not let Touch ID stay activated no matter how many times it is set up. Even tried deleting the app and starting from scratch.
