If you don’t do a transaction every 3 months they freeze your account
If you don’t do a transaction every 3 months they freeze your account. They make it super hard to unfreeze it. After an hour the lady told me the only way to unfeeeze it was to ask a friend to go to the branch and deposit 25$. Also if your not in PR they hold your money hostage and there is zero way to get it transferred anywhere!
