My order has been delayed 3 times , everytime you give a date and later when date arrives you conviniently change the date…your team has no human beings working in customer support anyways check my account how many items i have bought in past few months..altleast get one human to work for the company

I have been a FC customer for the past 2 n half years and have liked it for most parts. But, Recently i was looking to order a product for my toddler and re-activated the club membership as it was offering a better price reduced to the MRP. After getting the club membership and While i tried to order, that wasnt the case! I still paid the price that i would have before getting the membership. I dont see the difference and i wasnt able to get help using the so called chatbot they have.

This platform has quite a lovely stuff to choose from but after I keep them in my wishlist. In less then a minute it’s gone from the wishlist! That is very frustrating. Need to work on that feature to make the customer experience more satisfying.

First fry made my shopping very easy while I was sitting outside India. There are variety of things and on reasonable price. Delivery was also very fast. Love to shop with them again.

Worst customer service. No refund team, no contact detail. Frustrating services

I have purchased baby daipers and firstcry delivered me baby pants, and they have refused to return the product because according to their product description it was correct product but according to their product images product was wrong. It was first cry mistake that they have misleading product and they accepted their mistake, however, instead of returning product or giving any customer benefits, they just simply said they can’t do anything. Not in the favour of customer. Also, I have provided reviews on that product, they haven’t published my review there.

1. Way too many buttons and clicks. Not a very robust design 2. Option to apply discount is hidden down so there are chances customers might incur losses. 3. Order management and app doesn’t seem to go hand in hand. Order doesn’t get updated even after 4 days. 4. Multiple tracking options. None of them works. 5. App and delivery partners website are not synced. No accurate delivery tracking is possible. 6. An unnecessary parenting app is added which could have done far better and optimised way. 7. The only good thing about this app is that u get good buying options but that’s on inventory not app design. 8. There are around 7 or 8 more issues but it’s too much to write and waste my time.

Your in shopping cart, you click on a product already added to cart to view it and then click on the cart icon again to get back to the cart page, all product quantities are doubled. You have to manually change them every time before checkout. It’s very annoying and surprising your e-commerce funnel is so flawed. You haven’t fixed in the last month I’ve been using this website.

Not deliver fast Last time I lost 2500product becoz only dispatched it showed and not deliver even after one week dispatch

Nt at all recommended unnecessary charges applicable .
