This app is dealing with me real time🥹💔💔.. Money was sent into my wallet for the past few days now it still hasn’t been credited into it.. And these are people’s money. I don’t know what to do again as I’ve laid several complaints.. pls you people should rectify it pls pls pls before the owner of the money kills me.
Hide alc balance (Useless)
When I hide my alc balance, anytime I log back into the app, I have to hide it again which makes no sense…The main Firstbank app doesn’t even have the hide alc balance feature in 2024 which all other apps have and now this wallet which has the feature, but is super dumb…

The app is the worst I’ve ever used Always locking your app immediately you send money there. When there’s no money in there,you can log in freely but the moment you send a dime,you have to email the customer service which can take more than a week to respond to unlock your app. Terrible!

The app is actually good and reliable the network isn’t that much bad. But when it comes to the betting page, It’s quite appalling that SportyBet which is the most used mobile betting app worldwide is not included rather some minor betting apps which most people don’t know of are included I hope the issue is tended to with immediate effect cause it’ll make the app more efficient 💪✅
