When I entered the PIN after it showed this to me: The username entered do not have a linked access. I can login on the website by the way.

So good

The more detailed the information of each stock, the better.

It’s not allowing me to log on

This is a waste of time. It took me countless times just to set up my account. Due to the app was unable to complete process and asked me to proceed with doing so on the desktop. Now I have been trying to open up my account with the app to no avail. Very disappointed. I have reset my account a number of times. I’m still unable to do so because the button did not work. Poor design. I had high hopes. Plus, you have my deposit.

Can’t understand this

So I’ve had one Firstrade account for a bit and done a couple trades through it but as I was scrolling through the profile options, there’s a section that allows you to open more accounts (similar to fidelity). Naturally, I went to open/fund one because I do like the ability to separate and organize my investments. But after my accounts had been “verified” and “opened”, I went to fund those accounts and it completely locked me out of trading, even my original account! I’ve been trying to sell a couple stocks that I’m holding but I keep getting the message “You do not have permission to trade on this account”. I’ve emailed the company and all I got was a bot email that didn’t help at all. Why have an option to open more accounts if you won’t let anybody use them??

Make it simple

I left Vanguard but left nothing; I left Fidelity but left nothing. I wish Firstrade do anything as simple as possible. Please remove anything that is necessary but seems fascinating…
