App resets every few seconds
The app is gliching so often that you can’t even type the log-in info fast enough. I have deleted and downloaded fresh, but same result on iPhone.

This user friendly app makes it easier for you to access all your FirstReport features on-the-go. It allows you anywhere, anytime instant access to your FirstReport services on your iPhone. With FirstReport you have two different plans available to you – FirstReport-ID and FirstReport-Advantage. Access to all FirstReport services requires a subscription. If you’re on the FirstReport-Advantage plan you’ll enjoy the benefits of FirstReport-ID plus you’ll be able to access a suite of identity and credit monitoring services at the touch of a button. With this App it’s easy for you to add data elements for monitoring and view monitoring alerts. You’ll also have the ability to view your Equifax Credit Bureau Report, receive alerts, and see your Equifax credit score on-the-go.
By selecting Install, you consent to the installation of FirstReport, which gives you anywhere, anytime access to all of your identity and/or credit monitoring services on the go with ease. You are entitled to and consent to future updates or upgrades to FirstReport, which may be automatically installed as per your device or operating system default or user-initiated settings. You may withdraw your consent by deleting FirstReport from your device.

Update your app!!
Your app continuously glitches and flashes when I’m trying to log on. Attempted to log on from the website, it kicks me right out. This is useless if you don’t FIX IT!
Multiple duplicate notifications
Every month I get multiple notifications that my new credit score etc is available. Both through the app, email, and text. It has become such an annoyance I’m considering cancelling the service. Nowhere in the app is there a support area to address issues with the app.
Charge after the service was cancelled
I deleted the account and it was still charging for the account 2 & a half weeks later after I was told that my account was closed. Once you get locked out of the app you can’t get back into it even though you contact the company.DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY IT’S NOT WORTH IT!
Needs work
Have had issues where logging in was impossible. This has since been resolved. The alert notification will not clear after login. It has been on for months. Overall, it will provide you with the information advertised.
Can’t login
Cannot login on the app or on the website - what am I paying for?
New update needs lots of work
Update after long long time and still missing Touch ID and ability to modify settings or setting default screen when the app loads.
Connection error
I'm getting the same error over and over again, even after uninstalling and re downloading app.
