I love the service we get in person from the crew at Firstrust Bank. We deal primarily with the Southampton branch, but you find the same ethics and customer service across the Firstrust network. The app is convenient to use and customer friendly. One improvement I would suggest is to raise the daily deposit limit above $5,000. I understand other banks have a higher threshold.

I’m able to login on browser but not in the app

i now have to “register” my device every single time i log in. this has been going on for weeks. not worth it and i think i’m going to switch banks as many of my friends have due to this issue.

This useless app will not recognize my login credentials. I can use the EXACT SAME LOG IN INFO ON MY BROWSER AND IT WORKS. I have never been able to sign in this.

So easy to navigate, sign in is simple and I like the design.

Like for now. Can’t tell what the future will bring with the app.

The app is easy to use. However the old app use to crop the images of the checks and it no longer seems to do this.
