I'm not against technology, if it's there use it, but I have real issues with losing connectivity even at 40/50 yards. Used it on a few different venues and same issue..... when it works it's 5 stars, when it doesn't it's no stars, so I've gone down the middle
Not happy with the time of response . Slow, always disconnect. Not worth for this money
A great and very useful addition to my fishing. Mapping waters for depth and features is now so much easier. The app is clear and easy to use. 10 out of 10 👍
I have used this app for years to get the best from my Deeper products. It is very intuitive and easy to use. Love the mapping utility and also the scanning modes !
Really great app, currently using a deeper pro + but looking at purchasing the chirp 2! Mapped out our whole lake and picked up some good areas to fish from!

The app is a really useful tool when on the bank, it gives clear info and what is in the lake or river you want to fish on, years of knowledge and experience can be gathered easily. It’s made a big difference to how I fish and improved my catch rate.
I really like the app, the features are easy to navigate, it is worth spending a bit of time finding where everything and setting your preferences on your devices at home first. Using a phone alone it is easy enough to find a spot and get fishing. I like to do my mapping with the deeper attached to my phone and after I’ve mapped the area I can upload the scans to the cloud and spend time looking at them on my tablet in more detail.
Firstly, I have to say that this is the best thing I have in my inventory appart from my rods and reels. It has caught me fish! But, I did find out that cracking off isn’t fun! Was very cold and needed a hot water bottle after. If you aren’t as clumsy as me with clipping up to short it’s perfect for you
It’s good at what it does. However the connection is sketchy especially in bad weather conditions and the map coordinates are off by about 10 meters which makes it tricky to know exactly where I am. Apparently it’s a common problem in the UK. Also I’d like to be able to keep the map fixed pointing north like google maps.
